CREIPAC offers classes for everyone.
Whatever age or level you are, you will find a class that suits you.

In the case of groups of ten or more students, CREIPAC is happy to cater for special needs in terms of both content and time of year, subject to availability.

During their visit to CREIPAC, the children can experience a home-stay which will allow them to immerse themselves totally in the French language and culture. The home-stay will enable them to practise even more the skills they have learned in class.

For students wishing to study French in small groups, CREIPAC offers the following courses :

1 - Speaking classes

Students have the opportunity to practise speaking and at the same time, learn about New-Caledonian culture.

These classes are especially planned for people who enjoy a slower rhythm and a more relaxed atmosphere.

3 – French Gourmet classes and the art of entertaining

These classes delve into French cookery, local specialities, recipes, laying the table à la Française, wine tasting and cooking.

4 – Remedial classes with the “Silent Way” method

If you learnt French at school and remember only bits and pieces, then this is the class for you. The Silent Way method will help you to summon up all your knowledge of basic grammar and pronunciation in order to speak French with renewed confidence.

5 – Classes for foreign residents

If you come from abroad and live in New Caledonia, you can join these classes which take place twice a week, in the afternoon, all year round.
At the end of the year, you will be able to sit for the official exam (DELF) issued by the French Ministry of Education.

6 – Tutoring

Tutoring allows you to enjoy individual attention. CREIPAC offers classes for 1 to 4 students at the same level.

In these classes, French teachers can brush up their French and learn more about the pedagogy of French as a Second Language.

Duration : 2 to 4 weeks, on request.

These classes are intended for university students at their teachers’ request. Students will improve their knowledge of the French language and at the same time learn about aspects of the history and culture of New Caledonia. Creipac will organise visits and speeches by guest speakers with specialist knowledge of the topics in question.

Subject to specific requirements of a given university’s French Department, assessments can be organized at the end of the course, in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Duration : 2 to 4 weeks, at the teachers’ request.

3 – French and interviewing people

In this hands on course, designed to improve speaking and comprehension skills, teenage students will prepare a range of survey topics in class, before going out to interview people in the street.
